Famous as the "Spanish marble capital", Novelda is home to the Spanish marble industry. There is a lot of 17th-century architecture to see. Besides the beautifully restored façade belonging to the magnificent town hall, the church of San Pedro is right next door and both are the ideal starting point for a nice walk through the streets of the old town.
